COOPER UP program

Launched in 2019, the Cooper Up program aims to respond to the difficulties facing the cooperative environment, by strengthening the managerial and organizational capacities of Social Solidarity Economy organizations, backed by a customized support plan targeting the priorities set by each structure.

Developed by Managem in partnership with Injaz Al Maghrib, the Cooper Up program is aimed at cooperatives, associations and economic interest groups in the Draa-Tafilalet and Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz regions.

Deployed in several phases, the program covers training, managerial and organizational capacity-building, and computer equipment. In this way, Cooper Up enables the structures it supports to improve their performance, sustain their activity and help them play their role as economic players

Programme "FILIERE M" - Cumin

Marjane's responsibilities include helping cooperatives market local produce and supporting the national economy.

In partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Development Agency, Marjane supports the sale and promotion of local Moroccan products (saffron, honey, argan oil, etc.), and is fully involved in helping cooperatives to develop and support local products and, by extension, Moroccan ancestral know-how.

By sourcing locally from over a hundred cooperatives in Morocco, Marjane Group is involved in a number of aspects, including the packaging and labeling of their products.

In addition, Marjane has adopted a decentralized approach so that each store can work with the cooperatives located in its region. These advantages have enabled many cooperatives to develop, and for some of them, to go into export.
